The Dirt Road Disciple

The Dirt Road Disciple is the musical identity of Alabama country gospel artist, ordained minister, youth pastor, author, and entrepreneur Kenneth D. Booker. Rooted in faith and shaped by a difficult upbringing, Kenneth creates honest music for everyday people who know what it means to struggle, survive, and hold on to Jesus. Blending vintage Southern country, acoustic gospel, and gritty Christian hick-hop, the Dirt Road Disciple delivers a sound that is raw, heartfelt, and unapologetically Christ-centered. His songs speak about redemption, spiritual warfare, family, perseverance, and the life-changing power of God’s grace. More than an entertainer, the Dirt Road Disciple is a testimony with a microphone. Whether he is singing over a simple three-chord country rhythm or delivering a hard-hitting verse, his mission remains the same: to reach hurting people, point them toward Jesus, and remind them that grace can find anyone—even on an old dirt road.
